By accessing hyrza.com or submitting an application through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit any information through it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to work in the country you're applying to work in, to use this site or apply for a position through Hyrza. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Hyrza is a recruitment agency that connects candidates with companies looking to hire. We source, screen, and refer candidates for open roles. Hyrza acts as an intermediary only — all hiring decisions, interview processes, offers, and employment terms are determined solely by the hiring company, not by Hyrza.
Engagements with hiring companies are governed by a separate service agreement covering fees, placement terms, and any guarantees. Nothing on this website — including job postings or general descriptions of our process — constitutes a binding offer to provide recruitment services outside of that signed agreement.
Hyrza is not your employer. Using this site or being placed through Hyrza does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Hyrza. Any employment relationship exists solely between you and the hiring company. Hyrza is not responsible for a hiring company's workplace conditions, compensation practices, legal compliance, or any actions it takes before, during, or after your employment with it.
When using our site, you agree not to:
The Hyrza name, logo, and website content (excluding job postings, which belong to the respective hiring companies) are owned by Hyrza or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
We work to match candidates with relevant roles, but we make no guarantee, warranty, or representation — express or implied — that any application will result in a response, interview, offer, or placement. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the hiring company and are outside Hyrza's control.
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hyrza disclaims all such warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hyrza and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site, your application, your participation in a recruitment process, or any action or decision made by a hiring company — even if Hyrza has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Hyrza's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed 100 EUR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyrza, its team members, and representatives from any claim, demand, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any information you submit that is false, misleading, or infringes the rights of a third party; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
Our site may reference, link to, or facilitate contact with third parties, including hiring companies. Hyrza does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, actions, policies, or practices of any third party — including any hiring company you're introduced to. Any dealings you have with a hiring company, including interviews, offers, and employment, are solely between you and that company.
We may suspend or end your access to our services, at our discretion and without notice, for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hyrza regarding your use of this site, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject — except where a separate signed agreement (for example, with a hiring company) explicitly states otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Note for the Hyrza team: this version adds standard protective clauses used across recruitment and marketplace platforms — eligibility, no-employment-relationship, a warranty disclaimer, a liability cap, indemnification, a third-party disclaimer, severability, and an entire-agreement clause. That said, no template can honestly be called "bulletproof": I'm not a lawyer, I'm not licensed to practice law anywhere, and how well clauses like a liability cap or indemnification actually hold up depends on your specific facts and jurisdiction. There's also a more fundamental issue no amount of website text can fix on its own: without a registered legal entity, there's no clearly defined legal person for this contract to bind, which can cut against you as much as it might seem to protect you — it can leave the individuals behind Hyrza personally exposed instead of shielded by a company structure. Before this goes live with real candidates and clients, have both this document and your business structure reviewed by a lawyer licensed in Serbia — and in any other country you'll have candidates or clients in, if that becomes relevant (e.g. GDPR exposure for EU-based candidates).
